Article 1: Scope of Application These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites of Jenni's Soul Revolution. Any natural or legal person who places an order via our secure payment platform is considered a "client" and is bound by these terms.

Article 1a: Age Limit Age restrictions apply. Jenni's Soul Revolution only accepts clients over 16 years old for digital products and over 18 years old for services including coaching, workshops, and community memberships. We do our best to restrict access to our products and services to minors. Any client who does not meet these criteria will be immediately reimbursed and access to the relevant product or service will be revoked.

Article 2: Order Any order placed through Jenni's Soul Revolution websites implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Article 3: Price All prices are indicated in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices may be updated at any time. However, the price applied to any order will be the price confirmed at the time of purchase.

Article 4: Payment Payment is due immediately upon placing an order, including for pre-order products. We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard. Secure online payment is processed through Stripe. All payment information is encrypted and cannot be read during transmission. The security of the payment system is the responsibility of Stripe.

Article 4a: Payment Plan Agreement Clients who select a payment plan option acknowledge and agree to the following:

• The payment plan is a commitment to pay the full total amount of the program, divided into scheduled instalments for convenience only

• This is not a monthly subscription and cannot be cancelled after the first payment

• All scheduled instalments will be automatically charged to the payment method provided at the time of purchase

• The client is legally committing to all payments in the plan regardless of whether they continue to use or access the program

• Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in immediate suspension or revocation of access to all products, community membership, and services

• Jenni's Soul Revolution reserves the right to pursue outstanding payments through debt recovery if necessary

• By ticking the agreement checkbox at checkout, the client confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these payment plan terms in full

The following payment plans are currently available:

3-Month Plan Amount per instalment: AUD $1,100 Number of payments: 3 Total amount: AUD $3,300

6-Month Plan Amount per instalment: AUD $600 Number of payments: 6 Total amount: AUD $3,600

Article 5: Delivery All products and services offered by Jenni's Soul Revolution are digital. Upon successful payment, clients will receive access to their purchased product or service via email. No physical delivery is involved. In the event of any issue with access or delivery of a digital product, please contact us at info@jennissoulrevolution.com and we will resolve this promptly.

Article 6: Refund Policy Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are final. Refunds are not available once access to a digital product or community membership has been granted. For coaching services, please refer to the specific terms outlined at the time of booking. Payment plan clients are not entitled to a refund of instalments already paid.

Article 7: Protection of Personal Data In accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to access and correct personal data held about you. By completing a purchase or subscribing through our website, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.

Article 8: Applicable Law These general conditions of sale and all transactions referred to herein are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
